14 Day Return Policy

To initiate a return email us first at info@archivenewyork.com for authorization.
We will gladly accept returns on items (except items marked "Made to Order", "Sample Sale" or "Final Sale”) for a full refund within 14 days from time of delivery. Items must be unworn and have all original tags attached. Items that show visible use will be rejected and returned to sender.
When returning items, we ask that you provide us tracking information by email so we can ensure your product is received. We do not provide return shipping labels.
Please note returns must be postmarked at a FedEx, UPS or USPS facility within 7 days of receipt of your return authorization email. All returns postmarked after 7 days are subject to a late return fee of up to $25 per item deducted from the total refund amount.
How To Exchange An Item
We are happy to help you find the right products for your home. Email us at info@archivenewyork.com within 14 days of receiving your original order to initiate the exchange.
We can help you find the right products for your space, and ship you a variety of samples, availability depending. Items must be unworn and have all original tags attached.
