14 Day Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Archive New York purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept eligible returns and exchanges according to the policy below.
Returns
We gladly accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery for a refund of the merchandise purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, with all original tags attached. Items that show visible signs of use or wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items from our Sale section
- Sample Sale items
- Items marked Made to Order
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items within 14 calendar days of delivery. There is no restocking fee on exchanges.
To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@archivenewyork.com for authorization and instructions before sending your item back. We’re also happy to help you find the right product for your space and can provide samples when available.

Once your exchange has been authorized, please ship the original item and provide us with the tracking information. Once the return is in transit, we will process and dispatch your new exchange order.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please email us at info@archivenewyork.com for authorization before sending your item back.
Once your return or exchange has been authorized, the package must be postmarked within 7 calendar days of receiving your authorization email.
We do not provide return shipping labels, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping method and email us the tracking information so we can ensure your return is received.
We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for the value of your return, as Archive New York is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen while being returned to us.
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@archivenewyork.com within 7 calendar days of delivery, including photos when applicable.
Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are not subject to the restocking fee. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. The 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the merchandise refund amount.
